Director General of Administrative Affairs: Services Should Be Provided to People, Facilities Created

On July 16, 2026, the Director General of Administrative Affairs, Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, participated and delivered a speech at the Skills Training Program on Simplifying Administrative Procedures, organized for members of the committees responsible for simplifying administrative procedures in ministries and Emirati institutions.

Director General of Administrative Affairs, Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, stated that the essence of the system's responsibility is to provide services to the people, create facilities, and ensure that their rights are delivered properly. He added that despite many challenges over the past several decades, one major and persistent problem was that previous governments paid no attention to it. Instead, they deliberately contributed to creating more problems, resulting in administrative processes becoming more numerous and increasingly complicated.

The Director General of Administrative Affairs further stated that many administrative processes had no connection with Afghanistan's geographical realities, particularly with its Islamic society. Their adoption was not based on transparency or standardization, but rather on improper motives. Alhamdulillah, the drive to simplify administrative affairs across the system and the country is growing stronger day by day, as we are all witnessing, and this can be regarded as a beneficial and commendable step for both the system and the country.

It is worth mentioning that this training program was held from July 10 to 15 this year for members of the committees responsible for simplifying administrative procedures in ministries and Emirati institutions.

The meeting began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran and concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
