Investment Facilitation Director Meets Representatives of Seza Insaat Turkish Private Company


On October 6, 2025, Mawlavi Engineer Ahmad Zia Khalid, Director of Investment Facilitation at the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, met with Engineer Abdullah Shorash and Engineer Mateen, the representatives of Seza Insaat, a Turkish private construction company, to discuss providing them with working opportunities in Afghanistan.

At the beginning of the meeting, the representatives of Seza Insaat Company thanked Mr. Khalid for arranging the session and said that complete security has now been established in Afghanistan and that the country has been handed over to its rightful sons. They added that the presence of foreign powers has ended, which has encouraged their company to be ready to participate, in coordination with the Islamic Emirate, in implementing various construction projects across Afghanistan.

Later, the Director of Investment Facilitation, Mawlavi Engineer Ahmad Zia Khalid, welcomed the company’s representatives and stated that the Islamic Emirate’s policy is economy-oriented and aims to maintain good relations with all regional countries in accordance with Islamic Sharia.

He added that no major or fundamental infrastructure projects had been carried out in the past few decades, but the Islamic Emirate is determined to make significant progress in this area and provide all essential facilities for the people. Mr. Khalid also assured Seza Insaat’s representatives of the Emirate’s full cooperation.

It is worth mentioning that Seza Insaat is one of Turkey’s reputable private construction companies, operating in multiple countries in the fields of road building, railways, tunnels, dams, and energy.
