Meeting Held to Implement Order of His Highness Amir al-Mu'minin Haifzahullah Ta'ala concerning Emirate Printing Press

On October 5, 2025, a meeting was held under the chairmanship of Mawlavi Sayed Hasan Shah Agha, Deputy Director General for Finance and Administration at the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, to implement the order of His Highness Amir al-Mu'minin Haifzahullah Ta'ala regarding the handover of the Emirate Printing Press.

The meeting, which took place in the office of the Deputy Director General for Finance and Administration at the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, was attended by Mawlavi Qudratullah Jamal, Financial and Administrative Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Information and Culture, along with several other officials.

At the outset of the meeting, the Deputy Director General for Finance and Administration welcomed the participants and stated that His Highness Amir al-Mu'minin Haifzahullah Ta'ala had ordered the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs to hand over the Emirate Printing Press to the Ministry of Information and Culture, in order to effectively address the needs and challenges of publishers, booksellers, private and government printing houses, as well as paper producers and importers.

During the meeting, it was decided that a joint committee comprising members from both the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs and the Ministry of Information and Culture would be formed to ensure that the handover of the Emirate Printing Press is carried out in a manner that causes no damage to the building’s structure and guarantees full preservation of its historical artifacts.

The meeting, which began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
