Four-Story House in Kart-e-Char, Kabul, Handed Over to Lawful Owner

The Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate at the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs handed over a four-story house located in the Kart-e-Char area of Kabul to the representative of its rightful owner, in the presence of the local neighborhood representative and security officials.

One of the officials of the Directorate stated that for some time, an unauthorized person had been living in the aforementioned house. After the inspection and verification of ownership, and with the cooperation of security authorities and the local neighborhood representative, the property was returned to its rightful owner.

Mohammad Kabir, the representative of the legitimate owner, while expressing his gratitude to the directorate, said that an unauthorized person had occupied the house, and that they reported the issue to the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate. With the cooperation of the directorate, the house was handed back to us.

It must be said that the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate, in coordination with the relevant institutions, has so far returned dozens of houses and apartments to their rightful owners after inspection and verification of ownership documents, and this process continues.
