On April 27, 2025, under the chairmanship of Mawlavi Engineer Ahmad Zia Khalid, Director of Investment Facilitation at the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, a meeting was held regarding the transfer of 1000 jeribs of textile land in Kandahar, with the participation of representatives from the Ministries of Industry and Commerce, Finance, as well as Emirate companies.
The meeting took place at the working office of the Director of Investment Facilitation.
During the meeting, the participants shared their views on the legal, procedural, and rightful transfer of the 1000 jeribs of textile land in Kandahar.
Following the discussions, Mawlavi Engineer Ahmad Zia Khalid stated that all legal and procedural steps for the transfer have been completed, and the land has been officially transferred from the Ministry of Finance to the Ministry of Industry and Commerce through a formal protocol. He added that the matter would now be submitted to the Prime Minister’s Office for a final decision.
The meeting, which began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
