Deputy Director General for Finance and Administration Visits Training Classes at Civil Service Institute

On April 21, 2025, Mawlavi Mahmood Shah Zahid, Deputy Director General for Finance and Administration at the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, visited the training classes of the Civil Service Institute of the Administrative Reform and Civil Service Authority and commended the institute’s activities.

The visit took place in the presence of the institute’s director, deputy director, and several instructors.

During his visit to various classes, Mawlavi Mahmood Shah Zahid emphasized the importance of making effective use of existing opportunities. He noted that Afghanistan requires greater effort and service across all sectors, and stressed that assigned responsibilities must be fulfilled diligently.

While praising the instructors’ efforts, he added that the people of Afghanistan have endured much oppression and hardship, and therefore deserve quality services in every area, so that the country can advance toward development and prosperity.

Meanwhile, Mawlavi Sadruddin Saad, Director of Finance at the Ministry of Education, speaking on behalf of the participants of the Management and Leadership training programs, expressed appreciation for the instructors’ efforts and the educational opportunities provided by the Civil Service Institute. He also called for the expansion of such training programs.
