On April 13, 2025, a joint meeting was held under the leadership of Mawlavi Hedayatullah Rasooli, Deputy Director of Procurement at the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, with the participation of purchase committee members and purchase representatives from various directorates of the General Directorate, to provide guidance on the purchase process for fiscal year 1404.

The meeting took place in the conference hall of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs. During the session, Mawlavi Hedayatullah Rasooli stated that despite challenges, the Procurement Directorate had made significant progress in fiscal year 1403, achieving savings of over 300 million Afghanis in purchase-related activities.

During the meeting, purchase officials from the Procurement Directorate provided essential guidance through a presentation on the purchase processes. Participants also shared their views and feedback.

The Deputy Director of Procurement emphasized that purchase committees within the directorates should conduct purchases with full awareness, pay close attention to price assessments, and assured that the Procurement Directorate remains committed to cooperating with other directorates in purchase-related matters.

The meeting, which began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
