Meeting Held on the Implementation of the E-Governance Process for Employee Affairs Units of the Emirate

On April 8, 2025, a meeting was convened by the Directorate of Emirate Structures, Review, Reforms, and Cadres Affairs of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs regarding the implementation of the e-governance process for employee affairs units in ministries and agencies.
The meeting took place in the conference hall of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs. During the session, the Director General of Administrative Affairs, Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, stated that with the help of e-governance, administrative tasks are accelerated, and all related affairs are addressed more quickly and effectively. He emphasized the need for relevant agencies to strengthen mutual cooperation and coordination in order to support the development and enhancement of e-governance.
During the meeting, a presentation was delivered by the Directorate of Emirate Structures, Review, Reforms, and Cadres Affairs to representatives from the employee affairs units of ministries and Emirate agencies, focusing on the implementation of the e-governance process.
In the presentation, various strategies for the development and strengthening of e-governance were shared with the participants. This was followed by a Q&A session in which participants’ questions related to e-governance were answered.
The presentation also covered topics such as employee reporting, recruitment, structures, personnel records, job descriptions, attendance, biometric implementation, and salary-related matters, aimed at preventing time waste, phantom positions, and administrative corruption in employee affairs.
The meeting, which began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
