On March 15, 2025, an apartment located in the Kushal Khan area of the 5th district of Kabul was handed over to its legitimate owner by officials from the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties Under the Security of the Emirate, after thoroughly inspecting its documents.

Mawlavi Lal Mohammad Burhani, an official from the directorate, stated that due to the diligent efforts and thorough inspection by the directorate’s officials, an apartment that had previously been sealed to prevent usurpation was finally returned to its rightful owner after the verification of its documents.

Noor Agha, son of Ghulam Sakhi and originally from Paktia province, the rightful owner of the apartment, expressed his gratitude for the assistance and cooperation of the directorate in returning his property.

It is worth noting that the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties Under the Security of the Emirate, in coordination with relevant institutions, has successfully returned dozens of apartments and houses to their legitimate owners, and this process is ongoing.
