Cultural and Social Affairs Director Meets Religious Scholars, Tribal Elders, and Youth of Shinwari

On March 5, 2025, the Cultural and Social Affairs Director of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, Mawlavi Mohammad Rabbani Naseeh, met with the religious scholars, tribal elders, and youth of the Shinwari tribe to discuss and address their concerns.
The meeting took place in the conference hall of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, during which the Deputy Director of Cultural and Social Affairs, Noor Mohammad Haidari, provided an overview of the meeting and outlined the agenda for the participants.
Religious scholars, tribal elders, and youth from the six districts of Shinwari took turns speaking, highlighting issues related to roads, schools, clinics, dams, retaining walls, and mosques. They also requested necessary assistance for displaced families.
Additionally, they expressed concerns about difficulties in obtaining ID cards and requested the establishment of an ID issuance center in these districts. They also proposed allocating land for a cemetery for Shinwari residents living in Kabul.
The Cultural and Social Affairs Director carefully listened to the concerns raised by the representatives and assured them that their issues would be conveyed to the relevant authorities for resolution.
The meeting, which commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
