On January 8, 2025, the Cultural and Social Affairs Director of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, Mawlavi Mohammad Rabbani Naseeh, presided over a coordination meeting between the Ministry of Hajj and Religious Affairs, the General Directorate for Coordination of Municipal Affairs, and Kabul Municipality to resolve possession issues related to the Ministry of Hajj and Religious Affairs in various parts of the country.

The meeting, held in the conference hall of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran. Following this, the Deputy Director of Cultural and Social Affairs, Noor Mohammad Haidari, welcomed the participants and highlighted the role of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs in facilitating coordination and cooperation between the ministries and institutions of the Emirate.

During the meeting, it was decided to establish a technical committee composed of representatives from relevant institutions. The committee will investigate and verify the properties and endowed lands of the Ministry of Hajj and Religious Affairs, currently under the possession of Kabul and provincial municipalities, in Kabul, Nangarhar, Logar, and several other provinces. A detailed report on the findings is to be presented in the next meeting.

The meeting concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
