Director General of Administrative Affairs: Appointments Based on Shari'a Principles Lead to Divine Support


On August 5, 2026, Director General of Administrative Affairs, Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, stated that when appointments are made in accordance with Shari'a principles, they are accompanied by the support of Allah Almighty, examples of which we witness today.

He made these remarks during the introduction ceremony of the newly appointed Military Deputy of the Ministry for the Propagation of Virtue, Prevention of Vice and Hearing Complaints.

The Director General of Administrative Affairs said that the blessings of Allah Almighty are countless and that one of the greatest blessings for Afghans today is the rule of the Islamic Shari'a system and the unparalleled security under its umbrella.

He added that the Shari'a system has its own responsibilities, including establishing a transparent and trustworthy structure. Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar further stated that accepting responsibilities is a sign of obedience and commitment, and when duties are entrusted to qualified individuals in accordance with Shari'a principles, they are accompanied by the support of Allah Almighty.

It is worth mentioning that Director General of Administrative Affairs, Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, formally introduced Sheikh Khair Jan Khairkhwah, former Director General of the Central Darul Ifta, as the Military Deputy of the Ministry for the Propagation of Virtue, Prevention of Vice and Hearing Complaints to the ministry's employees.

The ceremony, which began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
