Director of Cultural and Social Affairs Meets Ulema, Tribal Elders and Youths of Parwan Province

On July 29, 2026, Mufti Mohammad Idress Anwari, Director of Cultural and Social Affairs at the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, met with a number of ulema, tribal elders and youths from Parwan Province in the conference hall of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs to discuss their concerns and seeks solutions to them.

At the outset of the meeting, Noor Mohammad Haidari, Deputy Director of Cultural and Social Affairs, welcomed the participants and explained that one of the directorate's fundamental responsibilities is to listen to the people's concerns, maintain direct communication with them, and work, in coordination with the relevant institutions, to help resolve their problems.

During the meeting, the tribal elders identified youth unemployment, the lack of roads, bridges and culverts, electricity, telecommunication towers, drinking water, cold storage facilities, water dams, the absence of hospitals in many areas, the shortage of doctors in hospitals, the lack of qualified teachers, desks, chairs and textbooks in schools, and the absence of school buildings as some of their most pressing and fundamental challenges.

The Director of Cultural and Social Affairs then listened to the participants' concerns and requests and pledged to share them with the relevant institutions and officials and to seek appropriate solutions within the framework of the available resources.

The meeting, which began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
