Director General of Administrative Affairs Participates in Communication and Information Technology Exhibition

On July 26, 2026, Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, Director General of Administrative Affairs, stated at the Communication and Information Technology Exhibition that with the establishment of the Islamic Emirate, efforts are being made to create improvements and facilitate affairs in all areas, ensure that tasks are completed on time, and eliminate unnecessary delays and complexities in administrative processes that existed in the past.

Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, Mullah Abdul Salam Hanafi, Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Mullah Abdul Ahad Fazli, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, investors, and several other officials also attended the exhibition.

During his speech, Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar noted that as a result of the efforts by officials of Administrative Reform and Civil Service, many processes have been simplified, and tasks that previously took months are now completed within weeks or even days. He added that the complexity of administrative processes has caused difficulties for the people, and it is now time to put an end to this problem.

It is worth mentioning that a memorandum of cooperation between the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology was signed today. Under this agreement, the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs will simplify administrative processes according to priorities, while the mentioned ministry will establish the required systems to facilitate the implementation of the leadership’s decrees and orders, ensure more transparent responses to people’s needs, and make services more standardized and accessible.

The Director General of Administrative Affairs described this initiative by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology as valuable and expressed hope that more effective steps will be taken in this area in the future.

The meeting, which began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, concluded with the signing of the memorandum of cooperation.
