Cultural and Social Affairs Director Meets Ulema, Elders, and Youth of Daikundi Province
On April 20, 2026, at the conference hall of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, Mufti Mohammad Idress Anwari, Director of Cultural and Social Affairs, together with the Deputy Director of the same directorate and the Director of Follow-up on Decrees and Orders, met with a group of ulema, elders, and youth from Daikundi province to discuss resolving their problems.
At the outset of the meeting, Mufti Mohammad Idress Anwari described the existence of the Islamic system as a great blessing. He emphasized that the officials of the Islamic Emirate consider maintaining the country’s stability, strengthening unity among all people, and implementing Islamic principles as their responsibility. He added that public cooperation and shared responsibility are necessary for strengthening this system, so that progress and order can be achieved in all sectors.
Subsequently, the representatives of Daikundi province shared their problems and proposals, including the lack of standard school buildings, construction of paved roads, upgrading the provincial hospital to standard, establishment of health centers in districts, construction of the Paikata Sang water dam, attracting institutions for development projects, and preventing deforestation in the province.
In the closing remarks, the Director of Follow-up on Decrees and Orders assured the visiting tribal elders and pledged that these issues and proposals would be shared with the relevant authorities in order to seek solutions.
The meeting, which began with the recitation of the verses from the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
