Director General of Administrative Affairs Participates and Delivers Speech in Ministry of Higher Education Deputies Introduction Ceremony
On November 26, 2025, based on the order of His Highness Amir al-Mu'minin (may Allah protect him), Sheikh Ziaurrahman Aryuobi, the former Deputy Minister for Academic Affairs of the Ministry of Higher Education, was appointed as the new Deputy Minister for Administration and Finance of the same ministry. Likewise, Sheikh Ziaurrahman Madani, the former Professional Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Hajj and Religious Affairs, was appointed as the new Deputy Minister for Academic Affairs of the Ministry of Higher Education.
The introduction ceremony was held in the conference hall of the Ministry of Higher Education, with the participation of Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, Director General of Administrative Affairs, Minister of Higher Education Sheikh Neda Mohammad Nadeem, and several other officials.
At the outset of the ceremony, the Director General of Administrative Affairs stated: “Officials of the Islamic Emirate, as they do not make big statements at the time of their appointment, likewise do not praise their own services when they are changed or relieved of duty. They carry out their responsibilities with complete sincerity and honesty. These are capable and proven individuals whose competence has been demonstrated in practice. Many officials of the system, some of whom doubted their ability and others who made biased negative comments, have, praise be to Allah, demonstrated commendable performance and service in the field."
He added that the Islamic Emirate, like in other areas, has achieved significant progress in the field of education. Notable measures include attention to teacher competence, reforming certain copied, imposed, or selective curricula from previous administrations through capable committees, and creating a healthy academic environment.
The Director General also noted that the Islamic Emirate has focused seriously on eliminating problems and simplifying administrative procedures. Many unnecessary and time-consuming processes have been streamlined, and efforts continue to provide ease and convenience to the public across all sectors.
The ceremony, which began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
