Second Consultative Workshop on New Bidding Module of Electronic Procurement System Held

On November 1, 2025, the second consultative workshop on the new bidding module of the Electronic Procurement System was held in Pamir Hall, attended by procurement officials from 55 Emirate institutions.

The Head of Electronic Procurement System Development stated that the aim of the workshop was to gather views of Emirate institutions on the new bidding module. He added that this program will help collect professional opinions and experiences from users, making the new version of the system more effective and better aligned with institutional needs and practical suggestions.

Afghanistan Electronic Procurement System is considered one of the key administrative reforms in the Emirate’s procurement process, aimed at accelerating procedures, ensuring transparency, and preventing corruption. The system is designed to reduce lengthy paper-based stages, provide easy access to accurate information, enhance decision-making quality, and improve reporting.

The meeting, which began with recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
