House in Ninth District of Kabul Handed Over to Its Legitimate Owner

On September 20, 2025, a house located in the Shash Darak area of the Ninth District of Kabul was handed over to its rightful owner by the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate, in the presence of the neighborhood representative and local security officials.

Mawlavi Lal Mohammad Burhani, one of the officials of this directorate, said that for nearly four years the house had been safeguarded by the mujahideen so that no harm would come to it. The rightful owner, who had been living abroad, returned to the country and filed a request with the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs. After the verification of the house’s documents by the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate, and with the cooperation of security officials and the neighborhood representative, the property was now handed over to its owner.

Ahmad Jamil, son of Mirajan, originally from Maidan Wardak Province and the legitimate owner of the house, expressed his gratitude to the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate. He said: “My house was preserved by the mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate, and with the cooperation of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs and security officials, it has now been returned to me.”

It is worth mentioning that the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate, in coordination with relevant institutions, has so far returned dozens of houses and apartments to their rightful owners after verification of documents, and this process is still ongoing.
