Director General of Administrative Affairs: Comprehensive Efforts Underway to Meet Social Needs

On August 23, 2025, a meeting was held to implement Decree No. 3, dated 15/2/1447 AH, concerning the distribution and sale of Emirate lands and the issuance of construction permits.

The meeting took place in the conference hall of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, attended by Director General of Administrative Affairs, Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock, Mawlavi Sadraazam Usmani, and several other officials.

Speaking at the meeting, Sheikh Noorul Haq Anwar stated that with the implementation of this decree, the housing problems of the people will be resolved, legal facilities will be provided for construction, and urban growth and development will be ensured. He added that this initiative would lay a vital foundation for organized urban planning and the well-being of the people.

It was agreed, following extensive discussions among the representatives of the relevant institutions, that the matter should be thoroughly reviewed, a guideline should be drafted, and the final report presented in the next meeting.

The meeting began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran and concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
