Director of Cultural and Social Affairs Meets Ulema, Elders, and Youth of Bibi Mahro Area, 10th District of Kabul

On May 26, 2025, at the conference hall of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, the Director of Cultural and Social Affairs, Mawlavi Mohammad Rabbani Naseeh, met with a number of ulema, elders, and youth from the Bibi Mahro area of Kabul’s 10th District to discuss their concerns.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Deputy Director of Cultural and Social Affairs, Noor Mohammad Haidari, welcomed the participants and stated that the officials of the directorate regularly hold meetings with ulema, elders, and youth from various provinces to listen to their concerns and seek appropriate solutions.

The participants expressed their satisfaction with the meeting, saying that, Alhamdulillah, the affairs of the country are now in the hands of genuine Afghans who are independent in their decisions and deeply aware of the sorrows of the Afghan people.

The participants highlighted their fundamental issues, including the reactivation of the Bibi Mahro Council, lack of clean drinking water, youth unemployment, poor urban transportation, paving of the road to the Bibi Mahro Shrine, the need for an amusement park for youth, shortage of teachers in schools, and the lack of standard school buildings.

The Director of Cultural and Social Affairs listened attentively to the concerns of the participants, assured them that efforts would be made to resolve their problems, and added that the Islamic Emirate is committed to development, reconstruction, and providing ease and services to its people.

The meeting, which began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, ended with a prayer for goodwill.
