On February 17, 2025, Mawlavi Engineer Ahmad Zia Khalid, Director of Investment Facilitation at the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, held an online meeting with Hennie Botes, CEO and founder of Moladi Company, along with the company’s representative in Afghanistan, to discuss the company’s investment proposal in the country.

During the meeting, Engineer Ahmad Zia Khalid emphasized that Afghanistan’s current stable security situation has created a favorable environment for both domestic and foreign investors. He described this period as a golden opportunity for economic growth and development.

Mr. Hennie Botes highlighted Moladi’s extensive experience in house construction and expressed interest in offering installment-based housing solutions for people who cannot afford to buy homes outright.

In conclusion, it was agreed that, to achieve the goal, all suggestions should be shared in writing with the Investment Facilitation Directorate.
