On Feb 15, 2025, the weekly administrative meeting of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs was convened under the chairmanship of Sheikh-Al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, Director General of Administrative Affairs. The meeting was attended by directors of various directorates and officials from affiliated units.

The session began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by discussions on various topics outlined in the agenda.

In his opening remarks, Sheikh-Al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar emphasized that the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs maintains working relations with all Emirate agencies and must efficiently execute its daily responsibilities.

He further stated that responsibility and duty hold great significance in the Islamic Emirate, stressing that fulfilling responsibilities is an obligation that should not be delayed. He underscored that serving within the framework of the Islamic Emirate is among the highest forms of service, as the current system is a divine system, and everyone must perform their duties with diligence and integrity.

Regarding investment facilitation, Sheikh-Al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar reiterated that, following the victory of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, he had announced that investors are free to raise their concerns without hindrance. He affirmed that ensuring the safety of investors' lives, property, and dignity remains one of the Emirate’s primary commitments.

Additionally, the meeting followed up on the decisions from the previous session and discussed strategies for addressing public petitions. Participants also deliberated on the implementation of the decrees and orders of the esteemed Amirul Momineen Hafidzahullahu Ta'ala, along with other key matters.

The meeting concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
