Civil Service Institute Graduates 177 Individuals From Two Educational Training Programs

On January 6, 2024, the Civil Service Institute of the Administrative Reforms and Civil Service Authority held a certificate distribution ceremony for 177 directors, heads, and employees of 19 civil service institutions across the country who participated in the 10-day Leadership and Management Program.

This program, held at the conference hall of the Civil Service Institute, began with the recitation of the Holy Quran. Then, according to the agenda, the officials of the Administrative Reforms and Civil Service Authority spoke about the importance of learning new methods of management and leadership.

Mawlawi Abdul Raoof Khedam, Head of Provincial Affairs at the Administrative Reforms and Civil Service Authority, while addressing the graduates, said, "Utilize the knowledge you have gained here to improve performance in your respective offices, thereby contributing to strengthening the system and ensuring public satisfaction."

Mawlawi Ziaulhaq Saqib, Director of Foreign Relations at the Ministry of Justice, and Mufti Abdul Bari Eiqaz, Director of Inspection at Kabul Municipality, both participants in the training program, delivered speeches on behalf of the graduates. They expressed their gratitude to the leadership of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs for organizing the training courses.

It is noteworthy that 54 individuals participated in the Leadership Development Training Program, while 123 individuals attended the Practical Management Skills Program.

The event concluded with the distribution of certificates to the graduates, followed by a prayer for goodwill.
