The National Day of Afghan Craftsmen was celebrated in Herat

The National Day of Afghan Craftsmen was celebrated with the participation of Mawlavi Saifuddin Taieb, Deputy Director General for Coordination of Emirate Affairs, Herat Governor Mawlavi Islam Jar, the Director of the Chamber of Craftsmen and Shopkeepers of Afghanistan, as well as representatives from local agencies, ethnic elders, and teachers of Herat Province.

During the event, Mawlavi Saifuddin Taieb and Governor Mawlavi Islam Jar expressed their appreciation for the unity, cooperation, and coordination shown by the craftsmen and traders, assuring them of their continued support.

The Director of the Chamber of Craftsmen and Shopkeepers spoke about the significance of the National Day of Afghan Craftsmen, and a documentary film highlighting the contributions of craftsmen and traders, produced by Herat’s Chamber of Craftsmen and Shopkeepers, was showcased.

The ceremony concluded with the Chamber of Craftsmen acknowledging the valuable contributions of both central and local authorities of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
