Public Notice for Award Decision of the Contract

After certain regular processes through facilities of National Procurement Directorate (NPD), National Procurement Commission based on the decree No. 351 Dated 21 August 2024 has awarded the contract of the project: Procurement of 700 microwave links and necessary equipment for 500 TDF sites required by Afghan Telecom (two lots) No: NPD/AT/1403/G-43/NRB related to Afghan Telecom Corporation to ZTE Afghanistan Ltd Co, address: (Behind Emergency Hospital, House No, 6 Shahr–E-Naw 10th District Kabul Afghanistan) with total Value of USD 22,793,748.18 (Twenty two million and seven hundred ninety three thousand and seven hundred forty eight point eighteen USD.)
The Subject is publicly announced as per Sub-Clause No. 1 of Clause No. 43rd of procurement law. In case of any objection, people and entities could submit their written protest attached with reasons in accordance to rule No.84th Procurement Procedure till 7 days since publication of this announcement to Administrative Office of the President/National Procurement Directorate, Pashtunastan Watt, District 2, and Kabul City, Afghanistan.

The notice does not mean sign of the contract, and the contract will not be signed till completion of above mentioned deadline.
