The National Procurement Directorate (NPD) of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs on behalf of Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS) previously announced the rebidding process & documents of the abovementioned project. Due to the DABS decision, the FAT test was removed & training duration increased from 21 days to 30 working days in the SBD & Technical Document. The bidders can receive Amendment No.1 and submit their bid (offer) physically on the date, time & place as specified in the SBD.
