Notification for Time Extension & Amendment No.3 & Clarification to bidders’ questions

Project: Procurement of Equipment’s & Software’s for Upgrading of Central Dispatching System, Digitalization and Automation of Stations & Substations required by SCADA Department of DABS

National Procurement Directorate (NPD) of General Directorate of Administrative Affairs on behalf of Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS) previously announced the bidding process & documents of aforementioned project, amended the documents and extended the deadline for bid submission and opening. Currently, due to the some bidders’ request; the deadline for bid submission and opening extended from 21 February to 6 March 2024 @ 9:00 am Kabul time & some contains of SBD & Annexure1 technical document amended and clarification provided to other question. The bidders can receive the Amendment No.3 and submit their bid (offer) physically before 6 March 2024 @ 9:00 am Kabul time to the address specified in the SBD.
