Notification for Amendment No.2 & Clarification to bidders’ questions

Project: Procurement of Equipment’s & Software’s for Upgrading of Central Dispatching System, Digitalization and Automation of Stations & Substations required by SCADA Department of DABS

National Procurement Directorate (NPD) of General Directorate of Administrative Affairs on behalf of Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS) previously announced the bidding process & documents of aforementioned project and extended the deadline for bid submission and opening from 6 to 21 February 2024 @ 9:00 am Kabul time. Due to the some bidders’ questions; three contains of SBD & Annexure1 technical document amended and clarification provided to other questions. The bidders can receive the Amendment No.2 & Clarification and submit their bid (offer) physically before 21 February 2024 @ 9:00 am Kabul time to the address specified in the SBD.
