Director General of Administrative Affairs: Educational Programs Important for Improving Administrative Affairs

On August 10, 2026, based on Decree No. 630 of His Highness Amir al-Mu'minin (may Allah protect him), the Civil Service Institute of the Administrative Reform and Civil Service Directorate concluded the third nine-day educational program titled “Decrees, Orders, Laws and Leadership” for chiefs of staff of ministries and Emirate institutions.

The program was attended by chiefs of staff of central institutions, during which participants received essential professional and administrative training in the areas of the Islamic Emirate’s decrees, orders, laws and leadership.

At the closing ceremony, Director General of Administrative Affairs Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar said that such educational programs are important for enhancing employees’ professional capacity, improving administrative affairs and expediting work processes.

He added that putting what is learned into practice contributes to improving work processes and finding appropriate solutions to administrative challenges.

The Director General of Administrative Affairs urged employees to refrain from improper conduct in the administrative environment, observe administrative ethics, improve their performance and play an effective role in creating a trustworthy work environment.

Meanwhile, Director of the Civil Service Institute Hafiz Asadullah Haroon noted that the institute has conducted various educational programs for thousands of civil servants in the center and provinces.

He described enhancing the academic and professional capacity of employees as important for accelerating institutional work processes, improving the performance of administrative affairs and strengthening the country’s administrative system.

At the end of the program, participants were awarded certificates of completion, and the program concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
