Director General of Administrative Affairs: Islamic Emirate Creates Facilities for Public Welfare, Investment and Economic Growth
On July 29, 2026, the Director General of Administrative Affairs, Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, participated in and addressed a ceremony held on the occasion of National Export Day to honor the best exporters of the 1404 solar year. The event was also attended by Finance Minister Mullah Mohammad Nasar Akhund, Minister of Industry and Commerce Nooruddin Azizi, ambassadors of several countries, government officials, representatives of the private sector and businessmen.
While addressing the gathering, the Director General of Administrative Affairs stated that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan strives to provide greater facilities for the people and create suitable opportunities for investment, production and employment so that the country can take rapid steps toward economic growth and self-sufficiency.
He added that Afghans endured severe hardships due to decades of war and insecurity, and many production factories and economic institutions across the country were damaged, leaving people in despair. According to him, following the return of the Islamic Emirate to power and the restoration of security, people's hopes were revived, suitable opportunities for progress have been created, and the country has gained the capacity to move toward self-sufficiency.
Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar further stated that the system, people and investors are collectively committed to developing the country, strengthening economic activities and creating a favorable environment for the growth of domestic products. He noted that facilities for investment and employment are steadily increasing, thereby fostering healthy competition and creating more beneficial incentives for economic growth.
The ceremony, which began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
