Training Needs Assessment Program Held for General Directorate of Administrative Affairs Employees
On June 28, 2026, the Civil Service Institute Directorate of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs organized a training needs assessment program for the institution's employees in the conference hall of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, with the participation of directors, deputy directors, and experts from various departments.
Asadullah Haroon, Director of the Civil Service Institute of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, highlighted the importance of capacity building for civil service employees, saying, "During the 1405 solar year, various training programs were conducted for 10,000 employees at different levels in both the central and provincial administrations to enhance their professional capacities. This year, we plan to organize training programs for 20,000 civil service employees."
As part of the process, dozens of participants from different managerial levels, including directors, heads, and experts, took part in the assessment. The information collected will be analyzed to accurately identify training needs and to design and implement training programs accordingly.
The program, which began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
