Director General of Administrative Affairs Attends and Speaks at Kabul Polytechnic University Strategic Planning Meeting

On May 4, 2026, the Director General of Administrative Affairs, Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, attended and delivered a speech at a meeting on the development of Kabul Polytechnic University’s five-year strategic plan.

Speaking at the meeting, he said that a five-year strategic plan is being developed for an institution that plays an important and central role in the country. He added that this process is taking place at a time when all institutions have been affected by decades of hardships, and that strengthening and rebuilding them requires serious effort, commitment, and sustained work.

He further noted that it is pleasing to see our country in a different phase. Over the past decades, the environment was marked by destruction and unhealthy competition, but now, alhamdulillah, healthy competition exists across all parts of the system. He said that each step taken contributes to increasing people’s optimism and hope for the future.

The meeting, which began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
