Director General of Administrative Affairs Visits Ghori Cement Factory

On April 28, 2026, the Director General of Administrative Affairs, Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, along with his accompanying delegation, visited Baghlan province, where they toured the Ghori Cement Factory of the National Development Company.

During the visit, they reviewed the ongoing construction work and progress and commended the efforts of the company’s officials toward achieving domestic self-sufficiency.

It is worth mentioning that the Chief Executive Officer of the National Development Company, Engineer Abdur Rahman Attash, was also present during the visit. He provided information regarding the factory’s future activities and stated that increased cement production will play a significant role in the country’s economic growth and in strengthening domestic production.
