11th Cabinet Meeting: Discussions Held on Evaluation of Required Facilities and Laboratories at Country Ports, and Development of New Kabul

On December 15, 2025, the 11th Cabinet meeting of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan was held under the chairmanship of Al-Haj Mullah Mohammad Hasan Akhund, the Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.

The meeting began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, after which important economic, social, and cultural issues of the country were discussed, and several decisions were made.

During the meeting, a delegation was assigned to evaluate the required facilities, medicine laboratories, and other equipment at the Islam Qala port in Herat province and other ports of the country. The delegation was instructed to share its findings with the Office of the Prime Minister so that appropriate measures could be taken.

In addition, discussions were held regarding New Kabul, emphasizing that development activities should proceed in accordance with the plan, and that relevant institutions should cooperate with the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing in this regard.

It is worth mentioning that after detailed discussions and decisions on various matters, the Cabinet meeting concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
