Director General of Administrative Affairs; Officials and Heads of Administration are obligated to Raise Awareness and Understanding of Subordinates

On November 30, 2025, the Director General of Administrative Affairs, Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, held a meeting with the heads of departments of various directorates of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs in the conference hall of the same directorate.

The Director General of Administrative Affairs stated, "If there is weakness, negligence, or carelessness in our affairs, we will face worldly consequences in addition to loss in the Hereafter. The Islamic Emirate should not be judged by the standards of previous administrations. Here, opportunities for good service and healthy competition have been provided. Appreciation, recognition, and advancement are also linked to the effective use of abilities and good performance."

He added, "The leadership of the Islamic Emirate and all officials have full trust in the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, and to further enhance the administration’s efficiency and credibility, everyone must work together."

He furthermore stated, "Each official and head of a department is obligated to raise the awareness of their subordinates, strengthen their capabilities, and create conditions that enable effective service."

At the end, the suggestions and challenges of the participants regarding the acceleration of the work process were heard, and assurances were given that solutions would be provided.

The meeting, which began with the recitation of the verses from the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
