Responsibility in Islamic System Is Considered a Trust, Not a Privilege: Director General of Administrative Affairs

On July 20, 2025, Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, Director General of Administrative Affairs, officially introduced the new Finance and Administrative Deputy of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs to the officials and staff of the administration during a special ceremony.

The ceremony, held at the office of the new Finance and Administrative Deputy, was attended by Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, directors of various departments, and a number of officials and employees of the administration.

Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar stated: “In the Islamic system, responsibility is not a privilege, but rather a trust. Anyone entrusted with a responsibility must carry it out with sincerity, wisdom, and piety.”

The Director General added: “Recognizing the talents of employees, consulting with them, and effectively utilizing their abilities are the keys to the success of any system. An official must understand their staff, consult with them, and help them realize their potential.”

He emphasized that intention alone is not enough to fulfill a responsibility; rather, it also requires knowledge, wisdom, and consultation. The Islamic system demands that every official perform their duties in the best possible manner and for the sake of pleasing Allah Almighty.

It is worth mentioning that, based on the order of His Excellency Amir al-Mu’minin (may Allah protect him), Mawlavi Sayyed Hassan Shah Agha, the former Deputy of the Directorate of Supervision and Follow-up of Decrees and Orders in Kandahar, has been appointed as the new Finance and Administrative Deputy of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs. He was officially introduced today and began his work.

The meeting began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran and concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
