Apartment Handed Over to Its Legitimate Owner

On July 8, 2025, the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate, handed over an apartment located in the Ninth District of Kabul City to its rightful owner in the presence of security officials, following a thorough inspection.

Mawlavi Lal Mohammad Burhani, an official of the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties, stated that the apartment in the Fourth Macroryan area of the Ninth District was protected by the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate due to the absence of its owner. After reviewing the documents and evidence, the apartment was returned to its legitimate owner today.

Aminullah, son of Mohammad Amin, originally from Logar Province and the rightful owner of the apartment, expressed his gratitude to the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs. He stated, “In order to reclaim my apartment, I submitted a petition to the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, and after inspection, today I received my apartment along with all its appliances.”

It is worth mentioning that the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties, in coordination with security institutions, has so far handed over more than 170 houses and apartments to their rightful owners, and this process is ongoing.
