On April 14, 2025, officials from the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate handed over an apartment located in the Khushal Khan area of the 5th district of Kabul to its legitimate owner.
Mawlavi Lal Mohammad Burhani, an official from the directorate, stated that after reviewing documents and evidence, the apartment was returned to its rightful owner.
Noor Agha, son of Ghulam Sakhi and originally from Paktia province, expressed his gratitude to the directorate for their efforts in returning his property. He added that the process was transparent and that he is pleased to have regained ownership of his apartment.
The Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate, in coordination with relevant institutions, continues to work toward restoring property rights. Since the re-establishment of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, more than 160 houses and apartments have been reviewed and returned to their legitimate owners.
