On March 10, 2025, the Directorate of Planning, Evaluation, and Analysis of Emirate Reports at the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, in order to implement the order of the esteemed Amir al-Mu’minin Hafidzahullahu Ta'ala, held a workshop to explain the annual results-based plan and reporting framework.
The workshop took place in the conference hall of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, with the participation of officials, directors of planning and policy, and reporting officials from ministries and Emirate agencies, led by the Directorate of Planning, Evaluation, and Analysis of Emirate Reports.
During the workshop, Mawlawi Abdulbari Atif, Deputy Director General of Policy of Emirate, stated that ministries and agencies should include their major and essential activities in their annual plans and submit them to the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs so they can be presented to the esteemed Amir al-Mu’minin Hafidzahullahu Ta'ala.
Ahmad Yama Ehsas, Deputy of the Directorate of Planning, Evaluation, and Analysis of Emirate Reports, presented a detailed explanation of the annual results-based plan and reporting framework. Afterward, participants raised questions, offered opinions, and provided suggestions regarding the proposed framework.
Al-Hafiz Mawlawi Mohammad Hanif Azad, Director of Planning, Evaluation, and Analysis of Emirate Reports, expressed gratitude to the participants and emphasized that ministries and agencies should organize their plans and activities based on the order of the esteemed Amir al-Mu’minin Hafidzahullahu Ta'ala and work with full sincerity for the service and stability of the Islamic system.

The workshop concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
