The Director General for Coordination of Municipal Affairs traveled to Uruzgan Province
Mawlavi Mohammad Ishaq Akhundzada, the Director General for Coordination of Municipal Affairs, led a delegation to Uruzgan Province, where they met with officials and directors of various departments to enhance municipal affairs and strengthen ties between municipalities and other Emirate agencies.
The meeting commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran in the governor's office, followed by Mawlavi Akhundzada stating that the main objective of their visit is to monitor Trinkot Municipality's activities and to attract support from Uruzgan officials to improve urban services for the province's residents.
Meanwhile, Noorullah Haqmal, an expert from the General Directorate for Coordination of Municipal Affairs, delivered a presentation on revenue collection, expenditure, service provision, and other municipal-related issues.
In the end, Mawlavi Akhundzada urged Uruzgan officials to collaborate on reinforcing and executing the urban plan for Uruzgan Municipality.
The session concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
