The excavation of six deep wells commenced in the buildings related to the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs
Feb 8, 2023- The Building Maintenance and Caring Directorate of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs has started the affairs of excavating six deep wells in Darul Aman Palace, Parliament Building, Administrative Reforms and Civil Services Institute, as well as Technical and Transport Directorate.
The opening of the excavation of these wells commenced today from Darul Aman Palace during a special ceremony, in which Ahmad Zafar Mojaddedi, the Deputy Director of Maintenance and Caring of Buildings, expressed that digging the mentioned wells is necessary for irrigating the green areas in these buildings so that these areas can be kept green and healthy.
Further, he added that the digging of these wells will be completed within forty days, and it will have a depth of 250 meters and a budget of 2 million Afghanis has been allocated to it from the regular budget of the General Directorate of Affairs.
Mr. Mojaddedi said that the drilling locations of the planned wells have been determined by the experts of the Ministry of Water and Energy, and now the drilling work has started practically.
This ceremony, which started with the recitation of the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
