The fifth meeting of the contracts separation and purification committee was held

November, 29th, 2023- The members of the contract separation and purification committee presented the findings of the five construction projects, renting, and procurement requirements of institutions during the fifth meeting of this committee held at the compound of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs.

Mawlavi Muhammad Sabir Mutasim Billah, Finance and Administrative Deputy of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs said at this meeting that the projects and contracts that are implemented legally and their efficiency are approved by the relevant institutions, in terms of the payment of the companies, there won't be any delay.
Moreover, in this meeting, the contract separation and purification committee taking into account the findings of the Dar-ul-Insha, provided special suggestions to the leadership, and necessary measures were made in the light of Sharia.
Meanwhile, the contract separation and purification committee of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs
manages the contracts and projects whose procurement process and payments have been suspended after the re-establishment of the Islamic Emirate.
At the end of the meeting, it was decided to follow the suggestions and opinions of the members of the Dar-ul-Insha regarding the contracts and projects and appoint a committee to comprehensively review the goods and projects.
It was also decided to categorize the remaining contracts and projects, and projects that are in accordance with the contract and their efficiency have been approved by the relevant institutions, should be separated and purified and their rights should not be wasted.
