Handing over the responsibility to the capable people leads to the development of the country, says Mawlavi Saifuddin Taieb
Today, Sept 10th, 2023- Administrative Reforms and Civil Service Administration of AOP IEA, has started the procedure of conducting electronic Exams of about two hundred of vacancies of the technical and vocational education administration.
A meeting on this occasion was held in the Sultan Mahmood Ghaznavi meeting hall of the aforementioned administration in which the deputy director of Supervision and Policy of AOP IEA, Mawlavi Saifuddin Taieb and directors and other officials of Administrative Reforms and Civil Service Administration participated.
During the meeting, Mawlavi Saifuddin Taieb said that handing over the responsibility to the capable people leads to the development and strengthening of the country and the system, on this basis, the Islamic Emirate has provided a transparent test for the candidates for the vacant positions.
In addition, Mawlavi Saifuddin Taieb said that there is no human interference in the process of these exams and those who are capable, can find their way to the vacant posts through these exams.
Meanwhile, Mawlavi Ghulam Haidar Shahamat, director of technical and vocational education administration, said that in order to ensure transparency and justice, the vacancies related to this administration have been submitted to open competition, which will facilitate the employment opportunities for hundreds of citizens.
According to the information provided by the officials of the Administrative Reforms and Civil Service Administration, since the re-rule of Islamic Emirate, this administration has conducted exams from about 25,000 people for the vacancies of different ministries and administrations.
Also, this administration has prepared 3440 new questions for the electronic exam in the last two years.
At the end, the process of the electronic exam was visited and the meeting concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
