Weekly cabinet meeting of IEA held
The weekly cabinet meeting of IEA, was chaired by Hon. Mullah Muhammad Hasan Akhund, Prime Minister of IEA, where different issues were discussed according to the agenda.In this cabinet meeting, the third decision presented by the appointed delegation regarding the purchase and sale of Right-hand vehicles was approved with partial changes.
This delegation was appointed in the 34th cabinet meeting of IEA under the leadership of Qari Din Muhammad Hanif, the Acting Minister of Economy, in cooperation with the Transport Regulation Commission and the Ministry of Justice. Moreover, in the meeting, it was decided that the Economic Commission should carry out the prioritization of energy projects in cooperation with the Policy and Strategy Directorate of the AOP IEA, instead of the inter-ministerial commission. Also, based on the decision of 31st cabinet meeting of IEA, the Kigali Amendments to the Montreal Protocol regarding ozone-depleting substances were approved, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Environmental Protection Agency were entrusted with the necessary measures.
The meeting concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
