Contracts Implementation Monitoring Directorate

The Contracts Implementation Monitoring Directorate functions under the National Procurement Authority.

The goal of this directorate is to establish and institutionalize effective, efficient and scientific mechanisms of monitoring over implementation of contracts signed by NPA. The directorate assures the signed contracts are in accordance with working procedures and the items of contracts are being implemented in organized and responsive manner. The other goal of this directorate is to create and institutionalize effective management system of procurement information which improves decision-making process with providing organized and systematic information.

The directorate studies, analyzes and assesses the existing procurement procedures, procurement law and other relevant documents, andarranges the flow-charts of procurement processes according to laws, enactments, procedures and other procurement guidelines related to contracts.
