Legal, Legislative and Judicial Affairs Directorate

The Legal, Legislative and Judicial Affairs Directorate functions under Deputy General Directorate on Coordination of Government’s Affairs with the goal of ensuring lawfulness and effectiveness of the president’s decision making process in the areas of legislation, judiciary, legal as well as those affairs related to presidential orders and decrees.

This directorate analyzes and expertizes the relevant documents and suggestions of government agencies and therefore prepares related orders and decrees. The directorate also arranges the meetings of “High Council for Rule of Law and Anti-corruption” and the Cabinet’s Committees of Law and Justice.
