Finance Directorate

The Finance and Budgetary Directorate provides all financial related services to all relevant offices of Administrative Office of the President (AOP), both vice-presidents, advisors and Executive Directorate of Commander in Chief of Armed Forces, Directorate of Guard and Security of Government VIPs, Special Representative to the President for Reforms and Good Governance as well as Office of the First Lady.

The main duties of this directorate contain as follow:

·   Executing the affair of regular and developing budget

·   Budget advocacy

·   Collecting allotments

·   Arranging the quarter and annual financial report (Qatia)

·   Implementing cash and expenditure remittance

·   Funds transfer to treasury

·   Timely payment of salaries as well as subsistence and travel allowance
